fly all of our kites and our other products, carry only the best and guarantee your satisfaction with everything you buy. Wonder Works will
repair, replace, or exchange your item. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange.

Shipping: All orders are shipped F.O.B. Wonder Works Palmyra, NY via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We ship promptly - usually within 24 hours from the time an order is placed online or over the phone. If you mail in an order, allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. In a rush? We offer overnight and 2-day delivery options! Just place an order online or over the phone before noon (Eastern Time Zone) and we'll ship your order the same day, to get it to you in just 1 to 2 working days! Delivery times outside of the continental U.S. will vary.
Domestic orders are usually shipped within 24 hours by United Parcel Service (USPS) Priority Mail and international orders are sent United States Postal Service unless an express delivery method is requested. Delivery time is based on the destination but typically your package will arrive three to four business days after shipment within the continental United States. Two-day air express delivery is available for an extra $9.00 (an order placed Monday morning will arrive sometime on Wednesday). We also offer overnight air express for an additional $30.00. (An order placed Monday morning will arrive Tuesday morning.) Air express orders must be placed before noon (Eastern Time) in order to ship the same day. An order that is mailed to Wonder Works is normally processed the same day we receive it and is shipped out the next day. Please allow one week for your order to reach us. Orders sent from outside the contiguous U.S. may take longer.
Claims: All claims must be reported within 5 business days of shipment receipt. All product damages and shortages occurring in transit are the responsibility of the customer. Claims should be filed directly with the carrier. Please call Wonder Works for assistance. Shipping & Delivery
Return Policy: All sales are deemed final. Returns must be pre-approval by
Wonder Works and require a return authorization (RA) number. Returns must be received by Wonder Works within 30 days of receipt
of an RA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. |
